Board Member Nominees
In accordance with the Grand Chartered Club Policies & Procedures and in conjunction with our specific Grand Photos By-Laws, the Election Committee has nominated the following members to be considered to serve on the Executive Board beginning January 1, 2025.
BOARD MEMBER NOMINEES
- President: Herb Yelverton – 1-year term
- Vice President: Bill Becker – 1-year term
- Treasurer: Sue Anthony – 2-year term
- Education Director: Barbie Hallstrom – 2-year term
- Communications Director: Carol Schepper – 2-year term
- Membership Director: Dave Holub – 2-year term
- Past President – Jim Barbour – 1-year term
Following Cokie Lepinski's departure from her role as Vice President, Herb Yelverton and Jim Barbour have stepped forward as candidates to be placed before the club membership for President and Past President, respectively. This decision was made to uphold the integrity of our existing succession process.
This slate of officers will be presented at the November 11th Annual Membership Meeting. There will also be the opportunity to nominate additional candidates from the floor. If there are no further nominations, a vote will not be necessary and the candidates will be deemed to have been elected by acclamation. A proclamation to that effect will be made to finalize the election.
We urge all Grand Photos members to attend this Annual Membership Meeting.
