-Approve Minutes of December 2, 2025 Board Meeting
-Review/Accept December Financial Reports – Sue Anthony
-Continued or New Action Items from December 2, 2025 Board Meeting
- Status update and schedule for moving back into the studio.
- The reception desk is here and will be set up by the time we open the doors. Need an update from Audrey as to a monitor schedule for January.
- Carol to refresh the strategic 3-5 year plan committee and will provide an update.
- Remind Carol to put in the website blast to ask members to put suggestions, tips etc that they have on the Facebook page
- Remind board members about officer team reports and if not able to have them before the meeting let Bill know.

- Note that the format of the board meeting agenda is a little different with Continued or New Action items from December 2, 2025 Board meeting are in first order. Would like suggestions, pros/cons from the board.
- Establish new goals on fun ideas as how to attract new people to the club.Bring ideas/goals/suggestions that you’d like to see.
