This is a two day event over the weekend of February 22-23 from 10am - 5 pm each day in Phoenix. The procession begins at 9:30 am each day.
Enjoy a Japanese cultural experience and exceptional photographic opportunity including non-stop entertainment on multiple stages with dance, music, costume displays, tea ceremony, martial arts, drums, Japanese exhibits, and a host of Japanese food, sweets and a beer garden.
Tips:
● This is a free event but parking is limited, so best to arrive early and check out the directions and parking page on the website for lot locations and prices before you leave.
● Past attendees have found this to be a reasonably easy venue to get around, and mentioned that they have found places to pause, sit, enjoy the food, watch the parade, and listen to the drums.
