Previous Meeting Minutes
Minutes of the October 1 Meeting were distributed to the BOD members prior to this meeting.
Terri moved to approve the minutes. Herb seconded, and the motion was approved.

Previous Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s Report from the October 1 Meeting were distributed to the BOD members prior to
this meeting. Ed moved to approve the minutes. Juvann seconded, and the motion was
approved.

New Business
1. Cokie resignation Cokie has submitted her resignation as of January 1 st . We, the board,
thank Cokie for all her many contributions to the club!
2. Remodel update We have a new project manager; we expect to still be on track for a
May 1 st start pending CAM board approval of expenditure of the project
3. P&P Suggested Revisions Jim and Bill Becker determined no modifications to the
P&P’s need to be made
4. Carol Schepper has volunteered to head the Marketing committee and gather others to
support it. The ad-hoc committee has been disbanded

Continued Action Items from October 1, 2024 Board Meeting
1. December volunteer recognition meeting to be held on December 14 th is in process
2. Drone SIG interest has taken off, about 7 people have signed up so far. The board
approved the SIG to continue. Proposed by Terri, seconded by Barbie.
3. Committee looking at all cost aspects including printing costs, class costs, dues, etc. ---
This item has been tabled to the next meeting. The current club software
does not track this information
4. Maple & Rye has shown no interest in having the photo club display images on their
electronic board
