Composition, the mindful arrangement of parts into a whole, is key to all effective photographs. So far, no software, app or camera can do it for you. It’s entirely up to you. This interactive, upbeat class aims to hone your skills in creating more well-composed, compelling images. Emphasis will be on identifying, placing, simplifying and enhancing in camera “subjects” chosen. Sharing results is always a vital and encouraging aspect of the class. Plan on bringing new life to your photographs and enjoying the process.
This is a three-session class. The first session is an introduction and walkabout; the second session (Oct 23) is a mini Photoshoot. There will be two small groups - one from 10-11:30 and one from 3-4:30; the third session is sharing your images. This class offers ideal opportunities for new members, participants with smartphones, point and shoot, mirrorless and DSLR cameras.
