Each Spring and Fall Grand Photos holds an independently judged Photo Competition exclusively for it's members.
The next Grand Photos competition will be in the Spring of 2020. Print entries will be turned in on March 19th, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM in the Club Studio. The Print entry form can be downloaded here. Print labels are available at the studio or can be downloaded here; Digital entries may be up loaded on the Grand Photos web site starting February 1st; the deadline for submission of Digital entries is 11:59 pm, Thursday, March 19, 2020. There will be 4 print categories and 5 digital categories. (See the category definition page for details) Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 prints in each Print category and a maximum of 2 images in each Digital category.
Grand Photos has three separately judged Division, 1-Entry Level, 2-Intermediate Level and 3-Experienced Level, to provide meaningful competition for all ranges of experience, from relative newcomers to more experienced competitors. Entries in each division and each category are scored separately by a panel of three judges and awards are assigned. Print and Digital submissions are judged at two different times.
